We know how you feel, which is why we endeavour to reunite passengers with any lost property left in our cars.

We understand the sudden panic you feel when you realise you lost something, there is always a sense of hopelessness that we could never see it again. With this in mind, AA Taxis lost property service aims to provide quick, convenient service to reunite customers with their missing items.

If a driver finds an unfamiliar item in their car, it will be swiftly handed into our office to be stored safely. We will hold the item for a few days before handing it over to the police station. To get in touch with AA Taxis lost property office, simply fill out the form to give us a detailed description of your lost property and we’ll inform you if we have identified the item. However, if you inform us via phone as soon as you notice and the driver is still in the vicinity, we will ask them to return it to you there and then.

We operate in line with Section 2 of the Theft Act, 1968 and process all lost property accordingly. This policy ensures that any belongings are held in safety and reunited with the owner whenever it’s possible to do so. When not possible, the items are disposed of in a fair manner.
